Research published by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development found that students who enjoy gaming scored slightly higher overall in international tests – and when it comes to digitally-based problem solving tasks, they excelled. However, it also found that teens who enjoy the wildly popular online multiplayer games experienced some form of decrease in their test scores.
